The client has the power to reject the order in case it’s not according to the required specifications. However, the client should reveal the exact reason behind the rejection mentioning the specific areas. Our administrator will evaluate the rejected orders within 72 hours of its delivery. But if the client is found guilty then he/she can be charged. The article will get approval from the administrator if there is no implication. The customers cannot command any right over the work until the payment is done. Once Mywebmonk receives the complete payment then Mywebmonk does not hold any right over the work, as stated in the work contract too.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% after approval or after 15 days of the commencement ( whichever is earliest) of the final work in one time assignment. In social media marketing , payment is in three parts : 50%, 25% and 25% payment.  

1. Resources needed for the design, such as fonts, stock photos, and icons, are not included in the prices above. Those will be paid for by the client, and the rights to use them shall be theirs.

2. Additional work for components that appear in the scope of work will be charged [termsrate] per hour (e.g. beyond the number of revisions described).

 3. New components that are not described in the scope of work will be assessed in a new estimate.

 4.Business day count starts only after the client provides all resources requested, such as images, contact details, etc.

 5.Usage rights: After the work is completed and payment has been received, the client will own the rights to the design.

 6.In case of project cancellation after the work has started, the client will pay for the relative part of the work.

7. Any discounts or offers shall be considered in the last part of the payment. 

We have a process of signing a proposal and thus proceed with the work.
